Canasta display for Costa Rica

Roulette (ruleta in Spanish) is the number two game in Costa Rica. It is played in two forms.

The first way is with a standard American double-zero wheel. 

The second, known as Canasta (Spanish for basket), involves a cage containing 38 numbered balls. 
The cage is rotated until a single ball is randomly drawn out of the cage.
