Payment Terms

All prices are stated on EX Works Riga basis and exclude Value Added Tax (VAT), packaging, carriage and insurance.

All prices are stated in EUR.

Payment terms are the following:

1. For orders under 5 000 EUR 100% down payment is required.
2. For orders over 5 000 EUR 50% down payment with purchase order and balance payment before shipment are required.
3. CTC HOLDINGS reserves the right to ask for 100% down payment for orders over 5 000 EUR if these orders are very specific and custom designed.

All payments must be made only by money transfers to CTC HOLDINGS bank account:

For customers in Latvia 21% VAT must be added to all prices. EU customers outside of Latvia pay in EUR. If the customer has VAT number VAT is not added. Otherwise, 21% VAT is added to all prices. Export customers pay in EUR. VAT is not added to export prices. All banking charges for money transfers are paid by the ordering customer.
