Order Acceptance Terms

All inquiries must be submitted to CTC HOLDINGS in writing via e-mail.

In accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, all inquiries must include complete information about the ordering customer:

1. Company name and addres

2. VAT number (if applicable)

3. Contact phone number and e-mail address

4. Full name and position of the authorized contact person


CTC HOLDINGS does not accept orders from unidentified customers.
An order will only be accepted and placed into production once the following conditions are met:
CTC HOLDINGS has received the order specification approved by the customer’s authorized representative
The required down payment has been received and confirmed in the CTC HOLDINGS bank account

All sales are made exclusively based on the specifications and samples that have been approved and accepted by the ordering customer.
